This is a short, succinct review of the work showing how beneficial exercise—both resistance training and aerobic exercise—is for patients on ADT. The author points out that exercise can reduce the risk of, cognitive impairment, anemia, weight gain, and loss of muscle mass.
The issue now is not how beneficial exercise is, but what the best program is for getting positive benefit and patient compliance.
