This is a review build on data from nearly 9000 men in the UK, who had prostate cancer and also ended up being admitted to hospital because of a broken bone. Yes, ADT increases the risk of breaking a bone, but the risk is slight and the biggest increase in risk of a fracture serious enough to land someone in the hospital is associated with just having prostate cancer itself.
